I haven't watched enough gameplay demonstrations to know the answer to this, but do we have any idea how combat is compared to Witcher 2? Maybe I suck, but half the time I felt like the combat wasn't very intuitive and I was just making poo poo happen mostly by accident. I think my struggling point was with the tomes or whatever.

The main thing I want to know about combat is whether they did something about the seemingly arbitrary pauses in animation when you say, get done sword swinging and throw a bomb. I never figured out what that was supposed to mean in 2. Was it a bug, or intentional, or what? edit: I guess the closest recent thing to the current...discussion I can remember is about the lighting system in Dark Souls 2.
