I have some TAC but would very much rather use it on my turn. Given that SomeNumbers has 7 cards in hand (if the most recent count is right) I think it mainly comes down to whether their one Quorum card is awesome.

Also: This puts DEFCON at 14. Pretty neat!

We'd spend way more cards than 2 to prevent him from losing 2, and one QC can be gotten back with a single turn of his if he heads to colonial one.

Not tanking this is a very poor choice. We're too early to have a MUST HAVE QC.

Good question, if anyone has a strat plan (I do not) it might be best to shoot the basestar since we have a good chance of putting it out of commission and with DEFCON so high it would give a slight reprieve from cylon attacks.
