Running regularly while obese sounds like a great way to blow out your knees and end up fatter and less mobile than when you started

Why do they have to pick people who are morbidly obese instead of just regular (non-deadly) fat

"There's a ton of evidence that physical activity is good for you no matter what you weigh, and whether it leads to weight loss or not - and for some people, it doesn't. If we really care about people's health, we'd encourage people of all body sizes to be active." "There's a stereotype that all runners are skinny, and that's just not the case," Sebor said. hrm... you see all we're taking the edgy stance that it's good to exercise and really just shining a light on all those people that say exercise is bad for you ALSO there's this weird stereotype going around that people who burn lots of calories are skinny and we want to fight that idea and make sure everyone knows that you will be fat no matter what

A 45 minute jog will be another ~500 calories, then another 400 calories for daily activities, we're up to 2500 calories per day to break even. A Big Mac, large fries and large chocolate milkshake is 2240 calories. So more than that.

Its a good thing that the fat modelling phenomena will force a few women into the lifestyle of a specialist athlete, where they must exercise to maintain their skin tone and reasonably photogenic fat distribution, but they must eat an absurd diet to prevent themselves from losing the weight their career depends upon. Literally force feeding themselves and supplementing with high carb bulk up shakes, for the benefit of the average insecure fat person who doesn't make that effort but just lives a lazy lifestyle. It's a good thing those insecure fat people won't realise the difference in their lifestyles and will instead assume they must be fat for similar reasons, and just look at how happy and fit my roll models all are. Wait, that sounds like the worst of all possible options that hurts everybody but feels good and empowering on the surface so therefore sells products.

I think the obese should be encouraged to get active and be fit, so I think putting a "big" woman on the cover of a running magazine is a good thing.

CISMALES DID 9-11 posted:i see what ur saying but women loving HATE other women This is true. I for one used to be guilty of being territorial around other girls. Now I just don't even talk to them. My coworkers are constantly sizing each other up and try throwing each under the bus whenever they get a chance, then they all go out to lunch together. It's hosed up. Women are hosed up. I trust an incompetent man over an insidious woman.
