So I've missed NXT for a while, I'm finally watching this week's episode. I have been reading the thread and thinking, "there's no way that dude in the red shirt is as far as you are all saying". Actually he's fatter than that. I haven't seen someone that fat since heroes of wrestling. I'm like, "wow that dude is corpulent."

89 posted:That's what happened with Tazz. Dude had a bunch of build going into the WWE. Ended Kurt Angle's winning streak and even had a match with The Rock in it. Then, the Radicalz came in a couple of weeks later abruptly and Tazz went to hardcore division hell and never really recovered. Made a brief revitalization in getting super over in standing up to Stone Cold....but then Austin beat the poo poo out of him. Twice. Tazz losing lots was good, because by all accounts that big push he had in ECW had him believe his own gimmick, but he was also a massive pussy.

that Asuka match was a great display of why Asuka is amazing. The multiple spinning back fists and heel kick followed up by sitting on the opponent were great

Just caught up on this week. -- The tag match was really fun but I'm not sure why they pinned the champs, especially with Blake and Murphy right there. -- Deonna is starting to grow on me and takes Asuka's offense like a champ. If they haven't signed her yet, they should. -- lol Alex Riley -- Joe/Sami was great (stunning news, I know) and I liked the draw ending probably better than the one with both guys submitting Corbin at once. They might be going to the well one too many times with these screwy finishes, but if it leads to more Joe/Sami matches I won't complain too much. Good episode, things are starting to really pick up as we get closer to Dallas.

Just got back from NXT in Philly. Good show, but nothing great. Getting to see Asuka vs Eva was something else though. Some in the crowd chanted "You still got it" at her and I thought that was a pretty great chant. Also, Finn wrestled in the main event tagging with Aries and seemed fine.

Also was at the Philly show. This may surprise people, but Bayley and Enzo and Cass are about as over as anyone can be. If they were trying find opponents that the crowd would go out of their way to poo poo on, Eva, Sampson and A-Ri were solid choices.

He was made to look like a total idiot and chump by Kevin Owens and now he lost to the resident jobber after his "big" comeback. The best part is that you know it eats him up inside because he is the top dog in his mind.
