I never understood how Tolleson managed to make as many saves as he did last season. To my stupid, uneducated eyes, it looked like drat near every save attempt was an adventure last season. This season so far is more of the same, except people have him figured out this time.

Last year Tolly used a nasty breaking low-and-away changeup with a high fastball to cross up a lot of hitters and getting a lot of strikeouts and groundouts. Now those same two pitches he regularly hangs in the middle of the plate to get crushed.
