The new seasons of Durarara each had a speedy dub made, roughly four weeks behind Japan. That's so far the only fast dub that Aniplex USA has commissioned, using a union VA staff via Bang Zoom! Entertainment, meaning it was probably rather pricey. However, I would not put it past them to do the same for Blue Exorcist, a mediocre series that sells great for them. Netflix also had Ajin: Demi-Human's first season dubbed by Spliced Bread Productions and ready to go with all 13 episodes by the time the series ended in Japan, so they were dubbing it weekly but not releasing it weekly.
