He appeared to have a lot of town reads on him (at least it seemed to me), but wasn't so active that a veteran team would hesitate to nightkill him. He also wasn't new so the scum team wouldn't give him a free pass. It was between him and CC, but I thought Slam was more at risk of a night kill.

Check the mafia discussion thread where the last few pages have been about how to claim Miller properly. I've seen it done this way in a few games recently, and I think outright claiming it is dumb and bad.
