Most of the people guarding the invisible maze have numbers three digits or less, which probably represents them being highly trusted. No one higher than 1000 is probably permitted to be that far in his sanctuary. The woman who represented him in the meeting of the demiurges doesn't have any number at all, which probably makes her top dog under Mammon.
