Putting your hands up and slowly shuffling around a bit doesn't actually mean you're not still blocking someone.

Second time for the night where the refs had no idea what happened and just called try, only to get overruled.

Quite literally. The comeback started after a couple of failed HIA's ;)

Adam is a wonderful example of how a player should go about his business in the NRL

Burn Down Canberra posted:

As for positives that CNK fellow from the warriors looks pretty decent so far.

He was pretty useful in the limited time he got with us in 2017. Unfortunately for him he got stuck behind a logjam of wing/centre talent we had last year and didn't get a chance. I hope he goes well with Canberra. I don't expect him to be a superstar, but he could become a very solid first grader if given the chance and his worst case scenario is useful backup.

Field report from Campbelltown: it's raining, there's not 10000 people here, and I'm surrounded by Warriors fans as far as the eye can see.

Ah yeah, again and again!
I was at the dogs game. I was optimistic for the first 10 -15 minutes when we scored twice. But then wooden spoon-ness came out. Looking at our draw and theres not many likely win's for us in there.

Warriors looked completely clueless in handling a team that wouldn't drop the ball all the time. Once we were up by 12 they just gave up.

Very happy that over the first two weeks we've just played to the conditions and ground out results. Not much trying to go crazy and score all the time, just playing sensible

Ending the round on top of the ladder was pretty good, too
