I've been listening to Huntsmen lately and they have a really interesting sound. Big mix of doom/post/prog/stoner/sludge, with a combo of classic rock harmonies and growled vocals. One of their Bandcamp tags is "americana metal" and I feel like that's fairly accurate. I started with their 2018 release, but they just put out a new double album a few months ago.

Mike Bullshit is a cool guy, he was the first very out gay punk hanging out at CBs matinees that I knew of, I don’t think I would have had the guts to that at that time. Also his handwritten zine was great.

Bongripper had a social media blurb about a remaster of Satan Worshipping Doom from the original mixes being recently completed. They are going to do a re-press of it.
