Caster's shoulder was taped and Punk targeted it early until Caster caught a crossbody and hit a backbreaker. Punk eventually came back with a snap suplex. He thought about the GTS, but Caster fought out and hit a fisherman's buster for two. A top-rope Frankensteiner from Punk brought Caster down followed by the rising knee into a bulldog for two.

With the official's back turned, Bowens perched Punk over the top rope and Caster landed a coast-to-coast dropkick for two. He went for the Mic Drop, but Punk rolled out of the way and hit a straight piledriver. The Anaconda Vise followed for the win.

– After the match, Punk gestured for the belt and asked "What does this mean?" He said he didn't know who'd be champion, whether it would be Hangman Page or Adam Cole, but before his time in AEW is over, he will be world champion.

MJF, FTR, and Mark Sterling were backstage. MJF was asked why Wardlow posters were everywhere, but he blew them off to talk about FTR and Shawn Spears' upcoming matches. (The posters were to remind everyone that Wardlow is banned from the premises.)

Dax said Wardlow was still their friend, so MJF accused Wardlow of talking sh*t about them behind their back. MJF said "The Pinnacle is always on top," and FTR hesitantly agreed.

Jon Moxley defeated Jay Lethal

I thought this was great. I've seen Lethal gain a reputation as a solid but unspectacular worker -- but he's so much better than that.

It was quite heated at the start with loud dueling chants for both men. Lethal toyed around with Moxley early on, so Moxley slapped him across the face, leading to a forearm exchange. Moxley took Lethal down with a shoulder tackle and a German suplex. He landed ten punches in the corner, but Lethal pushed Moxley off, crotching him over the top rope. Lethal followed it up with a tope suicida ahead of the commercial.

Upon return, a mid-air collision with both men going for a crossbody sent them crashing down. They had a fast-paced counter exchange, leading to Moxley landing a huge lariat. Lethal came back with a Lethal Combination for two. They traded reversals again, with Lethal fighting out of the Paradigm Shift, Moxley countering the Lethal Injection into a Bulldog Choke, and Lethal countering out of it and hitting a brainbuster. He followed it up with a top-rope elbow drop for a good near fall.

Lethal went for the Figure Four, but Moxley cradled him for two. Moxley then hit the Paradigm Shift for the win.

– After the match, the two shook hands.

FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) defeated The Gunn Club (Austin Gunn & Colten Gunn) (w/ Billy Gunn)

The crowd chanted "rear end Boys" a lot. The Gunn Club were cocky early on until Cash took down Austin with some arm drags and Colten with a chop. With the official distracted, Billy leveled Cash on the outside, allowing the Gunn Club to take control ahead of the break.

Once back, Cash hit a back suplex, but Colten cut him off from reaching Dax for the tag. He eventually made it to Dax, who came in and took down the Gunn Club with right hands. A short-arm clothesline from Dax got two. The Gunn Club worked together to counter a suplex, but then the cameras cut backstage.

Wardlow appeared and destroyed some security detail. He walked down the steps towards the ring but was eventually overwhelmed by around a dozen security members.

Back in the ring, Billy got involved during a convoluted counter sequence but FTR was able to hit the Big Rig for the win.

– After the match, FTR were befuddled by what went on during their match, but MJF came in and calmed them down.

Chris Jericho and his Appreciation Society were backstage. He said they're the most revolutionary force in sports entertainment. Everyone wants to join, but it's not going to happen. "G.F.Y."

Garcia said they "future endeavored" the Dark Order and took Santana, Ortiz, and Eddie Kingston out for good. Menard peeked behind the curtain just like last week, and there was nobody there. Hager did the same, but Kingston, Santana, and Ortiz were there, and the two groups brawled.

Kingston dragged Jericho out to the stage area and then the ring. He sized Jericho up for the spinning backfist, then Santana and Ortiz set him up for the Street Sweeper, but Jericho was bailed out by his followers. Garcia locked Kingston in a Scorpion Deathlock as Jericho whacked him with a bat. Jericho whipped Kingston with his belt and hit the Judas Effect.

Jade Cargill and Mark Sterling were backstage. They've decided on Jade's 30th opponent, and Sterling brought out Leva Bates, but Jade said she was a joke. Sterling said the other option was Marina Shafir, but he wasn't confident about it. Jade wasn't fazed.

Bryan Danielson defeated Wheeler YUTA

This was easily YUTA's best performance in AEW. He got chants!

They performed technical chain wrestling to start. Danielson thought the upper hand, but YUTA matched him move for move. He laid in kicks, but YUTA fired out with a running dropkick and put Danielson in a bridging deathlock. Danielson was forced to grab the ropes leading to the commercial.

Back from break, they had a reversal exchange which YUTA got the better of, hitting a German suplex bridge for two. Danielson came back with a dragon suplex bridge for two of his own. He laid in ground and pound and flipped over into Cattle Mutilation, but YUTA reversed it into elbows and then a seatbelt cradle for a great near fall.

Danielson countered YUTA's next move and leveled him with the Busaiku knee. He spat in YUTA's face, kicked his head in, and hit a Gotch-style piledriver before applying a nasty LeBell Lock for the win.

Undisputed Elite "Championship Celebration"

Adam Cole and reDRagon came out with the championship belts they stole last week. Cole said Hangman Page, Jungle Boy, and Luchasaurus aren't here tonight because they're ashamed. He said their belts aren't stolen, because they're theirs. O'Reilly addressed his "haters" but then forgot what he was trying to say. Fish said they were the three baddest dudes in the company.

Cole was about to cut off the celebration, but Page's music played and he drove up in a Tesla with bull horns before taking out all three men in the ring. He dispatched O'Reilly and Fish before hitting Cole with the fallaway slam. Page set up for the Buckshot, but reDRagon pulled Cole out of the ring to save him. They retreated up the ramp, but Jungle Boy, Luchasaurus, and Christian Cage attacked them and brought them back into the ring. Cole avoided the Buckshot but was backdropped onto reDRagon on the outside.

AEW Women's World Champion Thunder Rosa was brought out by Tony Schiavone. She said it was a shame that her celebration last week was cut short, but she's the first-ever Mexican born world champion in history. She fought and clawed her way to the top to be the face of the division, and now she wants to be the face of all women's wrestling. People want to bring her down, but foundations remain standing, and she will remain a foundation in this company. Rosa demanded Nyla Rose talk things out with words, or fight in the ring. No matter what, Rosa will be there.

This was a well-deserved course correction after last week. Rosa is so good.

FTR were backstage. Cash said they'd win the ROH tag titles on Friday and then the AEW tag titles down the rose. Dax said they were tired of waiting and issued a challenge to the Young Bucks to determine the greatest tag team of all time.

Owen Hart Foundation Tournament qualifier: Toni Storm defeated The Bunny

This was Storm's debut -- she is now #AllElite after leaving WWE late last year. They wrestled around to start until some misdirection allowed Storm to hit a low dropkick for two. Bunny avoided a shoulder tackle and kicked Storm through the ropes before hitting a clothesline out on the floor, leading to a commercial.

Once back, Storm came back with a lariat. She caught a thrust kick and hit her signature headbutt followed by a hip attack and a big boot. A fisherman's suplex bridge got two. Bunny came back with a powerslam for two. She landed a thrust kick and then a second for two more. Storm came back and hit Storm Zero to win and qualify.

Nyla Rose and Vickie Guerrero were backstage. Vickie was pretty much inaudible as she wasn't speaking into the microphone. Rose said she was "day one" in this company and deserved the title more.

Andrade El Idolo defeated Darby Allin

Andrade attacked before the bell and dropped Darby face-first onto the timekeeper's table. He sent Darby into the steps and then dropped him into the ringside area. He then planted him back-first over the overturned steps.

Back in the ring, the official checked on Darby, but he defiantly demanded to start the match. Andrade landed double knees in the corner, but Darby grabbed the ropes to break the count. Andrade continued to dominate through the break.

Back from commercial, a Code Red from Darby bought him some space. He fired up with palm strikes, which Andrade returned. They teed off on each other, which fired up the crowd, before starching each other with simultaneous elbow smashes leading to a double down.

Darby eventually made his way to his feet and hit the float-over stunner for two. Andrade returned fire with a backbreaker for two. They fought on the top rope, where Darby hit a ridiculous flipping crucifix bomb. He locked on the Fujiwara armbar. Jose the Assistant came down but was immediately intercepted by Sting. Butcher and Blade attacked Sting, but Darby took them out with a dive.

Back inside, Andrade hit a buckle spinebuster and El Idolo for the win.

– After the match, A.H.F.O. continued to beat down Darby and Sting. Private Party came down to make it a six on two fight, but the Hardys came out and sent A.H.F.O. packing with a Twist of Fate and Swanton Bomb on Quen to end the show.
