Hey, I purchased a Dell Mini 9 so i can put Hackintosh onto it. I followed this guide: http://www.mydellmini.com/forum/mac...html#post99604. I did all of that with an external dvd drive but without a mac and this problem happened. When the computer boots, Apple's signature logo appears and a ''kernel error'' happens. Now, I can't even start the netbook without it failing. So, I downloaded Windows 7 32 bit iso and burned it onto a double layer dvd+r. I put it in my external cd-drive and pressed the boot option by tapping 0. I went to CD/DRIVE and it asks me to press any key then type -v or ? and enter. After that the screen freezes on this: http://img.waffleimages.com/8c80824.../t/IMG_3683.JPG[/img] If you can't read it the last line says SYSTEM UPTIME IN NANOSECONDS: and gives a long number Please help me, I've been dealing with this for a month. I wanted a Mac so I can access the program Mainstage but found the same program for Windows 7. I honestly don't know anything about burning isos, so that might be my problem. Anyways, give me your advice. Thanks

boot into single user mode (-s) and rename IOATAFamily, that is what is causing the kernel panic if I can read the shiny screen with a flash on it correctly

I put -s instead the -v and the same thing happened. I have Windows 7 32 bit disk ready and it still does the same thing.
