It was announced in a backstage segment tonight on SMACKDOWN! Orton has not been on TV all year. Do not post another one. ------------------------------------------ WWE RAW The interesting stuff: Darren Young won a 17-man battle royal to become the #1 contender for the Intercontinental Championship. Sheamus defeated Zack Ryder in less than 3 minutes, then Rusev came out and accepted Ryders challenge for the US Title. THE ROLLINS REPORT was a thing that happened with special guest Roman Reigns. It was basically this. Afterwards Dean Ambrose came out, and the basic gist of this is we get Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins in a singles match for the WWE Championship next week. Kevin Owens defeated Cesaro - Owens used a TKO for the finish. Before the match Zayn was thrown out to the back from ringside. Zayn came back after the match and attacked Owens. WWE did a TNA FINAL DELETION segment without any of the comedy charm and much more nauseating camera angles. They beat each other up. Enzo & Cass defeated Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows via DQ when AJ attacked Enzo. Sasha Banks beat Dana Brooke. The McMahons came out at the end of the show and talked for 10-15 minutes. Stephanie McMahon runs RAW! Shane McMahon runs SmackDown! Vince wants them to COMPETE!!!!!!!!!! Steph smacked Shane and he no sold it. Shane gave her a kiss on the cheek. Steph nearly tripped on her way out of the ring and she walked to the back. The show ended with Shane thanking the great fans of Detroit. ------------------------------------------ This week on SmackDown! Jericho hosts the Highlight Reel with Randy Orton Dana Brooke vs. Sasha Banks again - if Sasha wins she gets a title shot. ------------------------------------------  THE CRUISERWEIGHT CLASSIC IS HAPPENING! Orton vs Lesnar is a wild card of a match. Both guys are really good when they feel like it, but both are pretty boring when they're phoning it in, which is half the time for them. I think Orton will want to give 100% to this match, since it's so high-profile and he's just coming back, but who knows if Lesnar will care.

I can't believe they announced a match for Lesnar before his fight tomorrow. They can't even guarantee he'll be able to do a match. I also can't expect it to be a good match. I've watched a few matches of his recently and holy poo poo he can be the most boring guy ever when he doesn't want to try.

I'd absolutely watch John Cena be roasted, although I don't think they'd have the comedy talent or willingness to go over the line that make for good roasts. Q&A's can be fun, attitude era legends house is fine because I want old attitude people to get paid and it's not like I watched the current legends house. A premise as vague as game show could be anything, even a game show! The rest sounds pretty lame to me.
