I mean poo poo, what if it turned out that building single family homes out of styrofoam was so efficient and cheap that it took over as the default and everybody looked back on the days of wood framing as barbaric

Almost none of it is actual stone or concrete unless it's a flat wall. If you walk out of the Flamingo toward the parking garage you can see a bunch of pieces that have been busted off because people often drag their luggage through there a lot and some of the moulding is low enough that luggage is going to bang into it.
