ippo being a world class level southpaw..the death stare..it's all so good edit: considering how poo poo everything about Ippo was when he retired, everything the story has done since his retirement has been amazing. The comic has been so good post-retirement that I'm worried that, once Ippo inevitably starts boxing again, he'll still devolve into being a punching bag again (maybe after 1 comeback match where gets to destroy his opponent). I'll just hope for the best.
