Is losing POP better than more ships on the board? And as for the XO, I'm happy to because I'm not dumb enough to discard my only XO please give me a little credit. But I have an option that can possibly save us from having to play in to a brig check and waste even more of our resources. But hey, as long as I'm chilling in this cell you won't have to worry about an activation on my turn.

Pop is permanent and slow down the later game when you want to jump as fast as possible. Morale and ships are easier to recover and deal with. There is an obvious right choice here. Don't be swayed by a toasters purposeful bad advice.

Morale decreases by 1 to 7! A Basestar jumps into ALPHA! 3 Civilian Ships are caught off-guard in DELTA! Raiders are Activated! No Raiders on board! Basestar launches 2 Raiders into ALPHA! The fleet gains 1 Jump Prep!

I have a ton of options this turn. I can also make the admiral's quarter check easier if you can wait until next turn to do it.

I already said I'll play my hand into an AQ check to show I wasn't lying if thats what you want, I'll play first into it. Or you could check me to show that I did what I did for human reasons.

You know what, Admiral. You showed faith in me, by providing for my defense. Perhaps we all just need to have faith when confronted by the bloodthirsty mob. Do you want to find redemption admiral? I can offer you a chance. The others may drat me for it.

# ? Aug 9, 2015 01:38 |

I'm reasonably certain you're human so as long as you're not arresting me for the crime of humanity I'm down

##LEA-1 XO Fits Here's your chance Admiral. Frankly, if he reveals w/e, and I can try to counteract the effects. The important thing is that he either takes care of the Basestar and saves us having to waste more resources in another brig check, or he reveals and our destinations will be chosen by a non-toaster.

I've just saved us from another ridiculous show trial and shooting ourselves in the foot, and on top of it, we've crippled the enemy forces. Now someone get me my lawyer, I need out of this hellhole if I'm going to start fixing the bloody mess you lot of have been making.

If at first you don't succeed... 1d8=8! The Basestar explodes rather prettily! No Crisis/DEFCON check as Baltar is in the Brig! which actually means Baltar gets cheated out of his 5th card draw, ouch.

effective maybe you can put it on the board before your next CAG meeting

# ? Aug 9, 2015 02:04 |

I can only assume Baltar is really a cylon and Adama made such a blundering play that Baltar was convinced Adama was also a cylon and XO'ed him hoping he would reveal and cause problems In the event this is not true, and you're both human, I demand for the gods sake you both to stop making such bizarre and questionable plays!

They can both be cylons, right? Realistically though, I think we just execute one since I have to discard if we Brig Adama.
|
# ? Aug 9, 2015 02:10 |
|
Neither of us are cylons. I'm more questioning those who are so intent on jumping at shadows that they will cripple us before we ever start to encounter real resistance. I laid out my reasons. I could have helped you to gently caress over the Admiral and prove my own loyalty, but instead I gambled that if he was human it would save us more resources in the long run both in terms of cards and actions. You've already decided what to think about me based on, frankly, nothing. That I discarded an XO while keeping another one in my hand. That I chose to give the President tools with which to help the fleet. If theres a Cylon among us, its the one clamoring for the deaths of humans
