Well.. not completely, there was some stuff different, like in the book Shawshank went through a couple wardens while Andy was in, and a few other nit-picky things. I guess it must be kind of hard to translate most of King's work into movies though, since his books are so drat long. Definately one of the best book to movie translations ever though.
