I'd like to see a more accurate rating system... one with half ratings perhaps. The ability to sort by stars and by directors perhaps (although IMDB does that already so nix that idea). Sorting by genre is kind of important though. Actually, now that I think of it, I'd really like to sort by the country a film comes from. I'm really digging all the smaller foreign films people are reporting on... so the option to tell what country it comes from would help me sort out what movies I'd like to see. OH yeah, and if the thread gets too many votes you cant see who voted what any more... it just flickers (at least in IE). COuld there be a better way of executing that idea? There really needs to be a way to sort the movies by year. Year should be a field that you can enter just because I have a hard time finding recent films I haven't heard of, and now that this forum is growing exponentially I think we should have a few more sortable features.

Yo, can we just have it so that when some goon types [spoiler][/spoiler] it just deletes the text in between. I mean, there is no reason to have spoilers in the reviews anyways right? Maybe this is unnecessary coding and should be enforced by deletion of post, but that seems to take up even more time. I'm just saying there shouldn't be spoilers in The Film Dump edit: also I think votes that have a 5.5 rating or a .5 rating should require a post in the thread in order to explain why it was the VERY BEST MOVIE EVER or why it was OMG THE WORST MOVIE IVE EVER SEEN.
