Truth, Juthtithe,
and the American Way
Directed by: Norman Jewison
Starring: Carl Reiner, Eva Marie Saint, Alan Arkin

A soviet submarine hits ground along the shore of a fictional American island. In fear of a possible oncoming American attack, they go ashore to look for a boat in hopes of pulling the submarine back to water. With only two of the eight in the crew being able to speak english, they have more than a hard time blending in with the rest of the town.

Although there are moments where the laughs/action is few and far between, its still worth seeing.

RATING: 4.0

PROS: Thoughtfully done, excellent concept
CONS: Typical 'hate turns to like, like turns to love' storyline
