Well I think a good way to make them click a link would be to tell them the link goes to something that would make you look stupid. For example, "hayzz i got a pic without my shirt on  " or something really gay/embarrassing to a point they couldnt pass it up. Hope it helps.

I find it wierd that the pictures featuring three people are called either "me..." or "kate.." It seems to me that you wouldn't name a picture of three of your friends by just one of their names, but at the same time, who names a picture of themself with 2 friends "me"? I dunno what this means, other than they probably renamed the pictures.. I guess this is all just a waste of time looking at the pics tho, they are all probably from a random site, or so loosely related to the real person that it would be almost of no use to know who this girl 'm repeating what others have already said.
