The voiceover with "the cops are coming" bit is silly. Also, awesome to see a monster truck out in the wild. I bet it would be fun to drive one outside like that.

Armco posted:http://youtube.com/watch?v=PwvIRuCLbyg 1:39... I think 'maybe' more-or-less means 'unsure treat with care'. eg '80, flat left, maybe' would be a flat out left-hander in 80 (distance units) but go into it slower and power out if possible. It's probably because they didn't do a complete recce and are using notes supplied from different sources. I could be completely wrong though.

I always thought "maybe" was used with changing conditions, i.e. "slippy maybe" == when we made these notes this area didn't have the best traction, but it might be better now! But we should probably wait for someone like Kaptainballistik or Cat Terrist to chime in

Old note systems used "Slow , medium ,medium fast,Fast, flat" or 1-6 where 3 is a tight 90 deg corner. Newer systems pack 3-10 in the old 3-6 space. "Maybee " means to take it slightly cautious ) Slippery in recee or the like. Its not used these days because its a negative comment and makes you back off. In Ari's case its probably "Youre gona take it flat, Just get your'e talent ready to figure it out!!!!!"

In that video, the nod has to go the the V12. I felt every single hair along my spine stand up in time with the revs... Now, if the audio clip of the V16 had been a little better, I'd have gone with that, because goddamn do they make a cool noise. I'm pretty sure that these are Type Cs, which would mean they all have V16s, rather than the super rare Type D (two exist?). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myxMudtFX6g&NR=1 Too bad the drivers aren't kitted up like this strapping young lad. ![]() Edit: No!
