I got my girlfriend to start playing WoW, and now we raid together. Problem solved.  ...But, I only raid 3 nights a week maximum, so maybe that's your problem. I'd cut back a day or two on the raiding, and everything should be fine.  Oh I have a full time job too. It's possible to have all three, your significant other just has to either understand your hobby or share it with you.
