Anybody recognize this song? (WARNING: Starts out quiet, gets a lot louder at the thirteen-second mark) Might be tough, since there's no lyrics. I've got nothing to go on but what you hear in the clip. I ask because of the unnerving similarity to the Beatles' "Continuing Story of Bungalow Bill".

I got two. First: What's the tune Will Smith taps his glasses to in the first part of this video? http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?f...videoid=4791141 I'm not exaggerating when I say my friend's been trying to figure this out for a year.

Second: A long time ago now, late at night, I saw a music video on Bravo! (Canadian Cable TV Channel, it plays really weird music videos late at night.) One video, whose tune I can`t remember, featured a skinny, balding John Waters lookalike with bad teeth singing and playing guitar in a dark, comfortable room full of small dogs. The song was kind of country-esque, I guess, and at one point the dogs were flying up in the air in slow motion. Any takersÉ^

Edit: Oh God, what`s happened to my question marksÉ

I hope this thread applies for music videos as well. I've searched YouTube many a time but it's rather difficult to find things on there if you don't know the band or song name. This is where you guys will hopefully be able to help me

The video consisted of a gang of elderly people (male and female I think) running around acting like 10 year olds. Having play fights with sticks, knocking on peoples doors and running away etc. I think in the end there was a fight between a rival old person gang or something like that. It appeared to be set somewhere in England, possibly in autumn.
I'm pretty certain the beginning of the song had a piano intro somewhat similar to My Chemical Romances' "The Black Parade".
The song itself was quite mellow, in the same sort of category as The Postal Service or Bright Eyes. I remember seeing the video quite a bit on tv about two years ago, if that helps at all.

I really hope someone can work this out for me
Hoppipolla, by Sigur Ros?

My question: anyone know what song the beat is from in the first half-minute of this trailer? Every other comment on the video can tell you the other songs are 'Satan Said Dance' by Clap Hands Say Yeah and 'The Rules' by Ben Kweller, but I'm interested in that first beat.

All right, this has been bugging me since I heard it at the fireworks, and I finally found a video with the music audible. What's the name of the first song here? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s3Ui5jR4Qys (recognizable bit starts at 1:24 and goes till 2:40)

Sounds like "God Save the Queen"/ "America (My Country Tis of Thee)"
A rather knowledgeable friend of mine managed to narrow it down to classic rock in the Queen / Styx / Prism vein. Whether he's on the right track is up in the air but it's definitely not either of those two songs. Thanks for the guess, but, Canada Day fireworks, dude.

Edit: He was right, it was "Armageddon" by Prism.
