Perhaps this is impossible, but I've yet to see a real time bandwidth monitor (network traffic) with a decent refresh rate. Task manager and other similar monitoring applications do the job, but I'd like to have a little app that shows what bandwidth (up / down) I am using at any time, and have it update as frequently as possible.

Any way this could be done?

I could really use a small app that would simply turn off my computer monitor with a single keystroke of my choosing.

This program does exactly what I need, but I'd like to have the option to specify what keystroke(s) actually turns off the monitor.

Duh... I didn't even think of that, it actually works! Launching the program doesn't turn off the monitor, but hitting the shortcut key, in my case num pad DEL, and the enter right next to it turns off the monitor. Thanks :)

Way old, but got bored and updated this, so now you don't have to do the shortcut trick :)

Awesome! Thank you for this I use it every night! Now I don't have to try and find the button 20 feet away while half awake :)
