For all the people complaining about stores being barren in the US, I might have hit the jackpot over here at a Japanese Toys r us They had the WHOLE movie line in stock, including about a billion concept Bumblebees. One thing you guys might be interested in though was something i've never heard of - the Takara Encore series of G1 reissues of Optimus Prime, Megatron, Soundwave and Starscream. The shame is I don't actually collect transformers (I just have the Revoltech Optimus and Megatron I got from the same Toys R Us) so there is no one really here to buy them. Scalping them isn't and won't be an option: I'm too busy to even think about that. However for myself, that Bumblebee and Soundwave are VERY tempting...

I hope they run more than those 4 though, theres others I'd like to get my hands on.

My Target got in the Target-exclusive scouts. Signal Flare, blue Arcee and another that I can't remember. Several of each left. Corbet, how much for the SDCC Rodimus Alt?

Yeah, while the four they picked for the Encore are certainly key toys and characters, they've all been reissued to hell and back. I'd love to see a Dinobots/Constructicons Encore wave.

*Sigh* I've decided to keep the bookstyles. Even though I'm trying to get rid of my incomplete sets and be non-materialistic the Bookstyles are my FAVORITE transformers toys. Regarding the others...AlkalinePunk posted:soundblaster for bookstyle? I only have the Cybertron Recon 3-pack, along with the following 2-pack VS. sets: Scattorbrain vs. Monocle Kobushi vs. Landslide I've also got Sky Lynx vs. Thunderblast and Shockwave vs. Tankor but Wayrn has them on hold. It's been a week+ since he's contacted me so if he doesn't get back to me soon you can have them (if you want). I've also got Cybertron Soundwvae (the Jet), and the Deluxe Thundercracker seeker. That metal dude posted:Whats the price on your Alt Rodimus'? I got outbid for my BB and have a few extra bucks on the vine. Plus I opened mine so having on MIB would be killer. $56 shipped? And would Tokyo have one/where would it be? Just 'cause I'm heading overseas next week and if I can pick up a Classics Soundwave I would be a very happy man.

Sadly we probably won't ever see the Dinobots reissued, as Hasbro confirmed the molds were gone at Botcon. The Chinese version of Swoop is a reverse engineering version.

Checked the closest target (read, drove 30 minutes out of town) and they had NOTHING. They had ONE scout... But other than that, the shelves were bare. I'm starting to side with having to order these straight from hasbro, however, it seems as though they're never going to list them on their website.

Alright! I sent your stuff today Capt Invictus and, uh, I forget your SA name, but I sent your stuff to the changed address! Sorry for the delay. I have a few things I am still looking to send to good homes. Classics Magnus and Skywarp are still up for grabs. TiT Rodimus is also for sale. I am also looking to unload that Flash Lio Convoy I bought at the con. He's pretty awesome, but not what I was looking for. I will definitely give a reasonable price on him. As always, AIM or email me (sdwarren@uwm.edu). You guys are great to do business with.

Hay Corbet, whenever is convenient for you just tell me what you want for Evac. Then my life will finally be complete Also, if Alt Rodimus is indeed now free for the taking, if his paint app is solid I'll take him. If anyone wants him who doesn't already have one I will step down. I do have one but I just feel bad opening him up despite the poor condition of the bubble .

Just so everyone knows: Go to KOHLS!!! I just checked there on a whim and hearing rumors. They had alot of the wave 1 deluxe guys. At least 4 Barricades (picked up one to replace my scratched up one), Scorpinok, Wreckage, and Brawl. Next I went to Walmart. The old poo poo was there. Classics Ramjet, Red Bumblebee, Grimlock and Rodimus. Picked up a Grimmy because I dont have him and he looked cool enough. Cybertron guys that I didn't care about including 2 Vector Primes and 2 Soundwaves. So in case anyone wants to know, poo poo is out there. Somewhere.

This is when it pays to live close to D.C. I can drive alittle north, hop on the metro and be in D.C. in less than an hour. I just hope the museum plays it. It's not exactly educational.

There's plenty of things better than coming home from work and finding Soundwave waiting for you on your doorstep, but it's good enough for the time being.![]() ![]() A trip to the Kohl's department store near my workplace over lunch yielded nothing but heartbreak. What a mess! The KB Toys in the same shopping mall at least had Final Battle Jazz, Longarm and Payload. It's a shame that I don't want any of them.
