There's another piece of concept art revealed a while ago that shows the altmode is a Cybertronian tank.

Also that Transformer Sale is awesome, I held off buying Rollout Prime due to his gimmicky and simplistic transformation not being worth the 50 dollars. But a robot the size of a small child for 20 dollars and free shipping, now that's doable. Also got Leader Bulkhead and Lugnutz since i held off buying both since they clogged the shelves in my area and were shoe-ins for an eventual markdown.

Now only if that Sam's Club exclusive 5 pack could be gotten in Wal-Mart at a reasonable price, I still want that Deluxe Prime, but it's not warrented signing up or paying 70-90 dollars on the secondary market for the set when 4 of them are figures I have allready.

They do sometimes, like with the launch of the movie 2007 line. But yeah, it would be great if they did it for everything.

I like the leader. You can make the extra parts detachable with a little screwdriver. If you are feeling daring you can even swap out the buzz-saw arm with a regular arm from another BH.

Its pretty drat movie-ish to me. And pretty drat Dead End. Why you would look at that and not think "Dead End" is beyond me, and especially why you'd think of Laserbeak, who's both a bird and red, is equally beyond me

As for what it is, its apparently a Peugeot 9009 inspired something

I'm guessing they got "Laserbeak" from the color-scheme, and it also seems to be sporting some bird-like face. Admittedly some of the mechanical parts look very movie-inspired but the car parts in robot mode look too "in-tact" and the hands are much better defined as hands go than any of the Decepticon hands from the first film. Not to mention the car mode looks to me like it has too many exaggerated features. It looks more like a movie toy than a classics/animated toy for sure, but I can't picture what the CGI model for the character in the movie would look like.

It's a scout class though, as visible from the pictures with deluxe Soundwave. Perhaps some concessions with the movie designs had to be made to fit the scale? I'm not sure either way and I could take the figure or leave it in general, but I'm just sayin'

Does it feature just KOs or also lovely TFs in general?

Also, if you have any real-looking KOs of rare figures it'd be funny to watch one be destroyed just for the fandom rage. Bonus points for posting "proof" that it was a real one afterwards.

The cruel part of me wants to see a Lucky Draw or other exclusive figure get abused/destroyed/disassembled on video just to see the fandom's reaction to it.
