The more I hear about Swindle, the more I want him. I probably would go out right now to pick up him and Jazz (the last of the main Autobots I need aside from Prime)

But I know the next wave with 08 BB and some others are starting to appear in stores now so I'm ready to get my paycheck in just a little while then hitting my stores in the morning to try to find them. I really wanted Final Battle Jazz to be out.

I really didn't like Swindle that much. I've kept him in his car mode the entire time since I got him after the first transformation. His "looking into the future" pose and the fact that his chest doesn't connect to the gun to hold him down in any way were my big problems with the figure.

Actually, depending on how much it is to get him from the UK, I know a site where his Binaltech is only 59.99! So its not ebay surprise sex prices, but it feels like it some days.

Nope but I'm going to check TRU and Target today.

Are there more exclusives aside from Targets 5 scout-class repaints? I want Elita-One but will probably pass on the others.

Most likely Target will put theirs out on a Sunday so if they don't have them out now I'd check later.

I just got lucky at Walmart and found the two guys I had been looking for; Blackout and Brawl. I rather like them, even if they make my points towards being '40 Year Old Virgin' that much higher.

On Blackout, is there a screw in the back of his head allowing you to take his head apart and handle the piped eyes?

His face is so dark, I'd really like to get him if I can take his head apart and paint his eyes a brighter red.

I took apart the head assembly and I don't remember a screw there.

I sort of got his legs to peg in right, too.

(Now I just need to figure out what the gently caress is going on with Ratchet)

Looking at pics I'm not feeling the love at all for Arcee and Dreadwing. Arcee has that 'I got caught up in a car accident' look, and Dreadwing is a mess. He's got tiny stubby legs, huge arms and some swivelly non-face. Jet mode looks nice, but jets are ten-a-plenty. Unless you wanna talk me round with some pics

I happen to like Swindle, especially since I repainted all his grey parts with the dark steel metallic color (he was the test-bed for my Optimus repaint project, so I could get a feel for what the colors would look like). He's pretty cool in car mode, and he looks pretty neat as a robot. He's not my favorite in the line, and he certainly doesn't hold a candle to Wreckage as far as the spin-off movie robots go, but he was worth my $10.

I also hit Target and Wal-Mart today, and they didn't have any of the stuff from the new wave, although I did pick up the Robot Heroes 2-pack of Megatron and Captain Repaint, since it was on sale at Target.

In other news, my Xbox360 finally reached the Microsoft repair center today, so hopefully it'll be fixed and on its way back to me soon, so I can finally play the Transformers movie game.

Got any links to some pics? I really haven't seen that many, but I know what the character model is supposed to look like, sorta; he's featured in the Allspark game at Transformersgame.com

Haha, ok so a week ago I ordered a Japanese Galaxy Force Jolt Mini-Con and he comes today(packed in it's own individual box, that you have to fold out because his instruction are printed on the inside of the cardboard), I had to put the helicoptor blades in myself(they were on one of those model kit plastic things). Great paint apps I really dig him...but the weirdest thing? HE CAME WITH BUBBLEGUM.

edit: this gum tastes pretty good. I wish I knew what it was so I could get more. I guess I could just buy 50 Jolts though.

That's Japan's way of getting around their marketing system. By placing candy in a box with a toy they can market it as a candy that comes with a toy. Thus having to avoid heavy taxes for selling toys. They do it to all sorts of products from plush animals to anime figures.

In defense of this practice, candy toys actually tend to be pretty drat cool. I have a ton of them from various series and the construction and detail is always pretty amazing for a $5 model kit. I'll take some pictures later, maybe.

Isn't Ellensburg suppose to be the center of Washington state? All I remember is visiting CWU there and being bored out of my mind. But it was also the place where I first had Arby's. Delicious beef sandwichs...

My mouth does kind of feel weird now after chewing on this for 15 minutes. I am overwhelmed with the urge live in a tiny house made out of paper and bamboo.

Of course you can come! (If we do this.) We should have our own Transgooners convention where we kidnap some voice actors, make them sign things, and sit around bitching about whatever comes to mind. You were warned. NEVER eat the candy. Most of my toys have included a small bag of yellow pellets that look very much like those little things that come in stereos... And kinda taste like it, too. Just be thankful it isn't Camo gum.
