Hey, 404GoonNotFound, in your travels, have you seen a voyager-class Blackout? I got in a little extra cash and I want to make him my first movie figure purchase.

The Ambassador Walmart has like 2 or 3 of him, and TRU got in a new shipment of Voyagers today (sadly, Deluxes won't be in until "Maybe Thursday?"). And one of us really has to start a MechaCon thread or something

I just checked my Wal Mart and saw nothing of the new Movie stuff. Found the Robot Heroes 5 pack, and they had about 9 boxes of the Constructicon repaint Devastator.

I hate you USPS. Drove by our mail boxes today, saw that one of the package boxes had a key gone, and figured my figures from Rhyno had arrived today, no such luck. The waiting game sucks almost as bad as the "thrill of the hunt" game.

Either way, we aren't getting them and someone else is and thus we are frustrated by our bad luck. And the ones on eBay/being sold for twice their retail on Amazon aren't being sold by little kids. They're being sold by scalpers.

Just came from seeing 'Transformers' with my father (he hadn't seen it). It's even better the 3rd time! I also checked Target and saw that they had 2 empty pegs, and only about 7 of Wreckage left. I found an employee near the toy section and asked if they were going to restock the $10 Transformers, and he went in the back and checked to see if they had any more, and they didn't, but he told me that they have shipment trucks with random stuff showing up every night, and the night crews unload the trucks and put stuff on the shelves between 9:30PM and 6:30AM, so I could check back tomorrow morning and they might have more stuff. Frankly, he was the single most helpful Target employee I've encountered to date, and I actually walked out of Target feeling good, even though I hadn't actually scored any new toys.

Yeah the dye ratio is 4 to 1 : water to acetone. It's not critical, just make sure you have enough acetone that it won't all evaporate before you finish dyeing.

I went looking for Wave 2 stuff today. Found out Target must have restocked yesterday at some time, because they had a pile of the Scouts, but no Elita 1. No place had anything from Wave 2 deluxe. I did find the three Robot Replica guys at Walmart, though. Barricade is sweet, I wanted Megatron for my Optimus Prime/Megatron battle on my desk at work, and I figured I might as well buy Bumblebee if I'm getting the other two

Goddamnit Target. Despite what I was told yesterday, they didn't restock. In fact, all they did was sort of spread the remaining 7 Wreckages around on the empty pegs to make it look like there's more toys than there actually were.

I was at a Walmart a couple of days ago and they had wave two stuff. '08 Bumblebee, Arcee (what does everyone think of this figure? I thought it looked pretty sleek), and some deformed looking seeker. I didn't have the money for any of them, though:(

They had THREE, count them, THREE Deluxes on the main toy aisle (Wreckage, Brawl, and Scorponok), and the rest of the section was filled with Skyblast, Hardtop, and that Maser scout classes and the Real Gears. I go to the front of the store, and see a rack of more deluxes by the checkout, look through them, and it's like eight more Wreckages, three Jazzes, a Bonecrusher, a Hardtop Scout, and the Target Exclusive Legends 4-pack. I might hit Toys R Us later. RIght now I'm too bummed out.

Dunno if it will make you feel better or not, but 08 Bumblebee is on par with Ironhide when it comes to "How the gently caress do I make him a vehicle again?". I have some shopping to do later today (gotta find a cheap bookcase), so I am going to keep an eye out on the toy aisle. If I see another 'bee I will grab him and we can have a mini goon meet and you can have him for cost ![]() If I see any others, I will grab em for the semi local goons as I hate going to ebay for anything.

I got reeeaaaaal lucky Thursday night; On a hunch I went out lookin for an 08 Bumblebee, and happened across a walmart stocker just setting boxes out. We BS'ed and he opened a box for me, asking me what I wanted. I asked for Bumblebee, and he pulled 2 out of the box. I took ONE (and snagged an Arcee), and he smiled and said, "Ah, good. Usually people try to snatch them all up. I HATE E-bay scalpers!" He filled me in on his stocking schedule, so hopefully I can just go shoppin when he's restocking to finish my collection. *IF* I happen across any more 'Bees I'll grab one or two and update here in case there are any goons left that can't find one anywhere.
