Well, they called you a "genius" and an "asshat", made vague references to how easy it will be to nail you in the NC due to some legal somethingorother, made reference to your "lovely lil cinema job you hold", threatened you with embarassment over the legal proceedings, and their only demands are for you to turn over other "traders". They are loving bluffing, and are trying to scare you into giving them the information they want with vague legal threats, and the possibility of embarassment. They just googled you, which you already called them out on. If they were serious about starting a case against you, you would have never heard from abby, just her lawyer, and there would be no snarky email exchange, just a court summons. I would think once the phrase "lovely lil cinema job" was used, you'd know that these weren't legal threats but standard internet tough girl routines. If you had kept emailing with her, she would have told you that she couldn't talk because the FBI was at her door (although they would mysteriously disappear if you agreed not to provide any more links). Besides, I've seen some of their work - they're clearly suing to mask the fact that their website sucks.
