Try warm water and vinegar. Failing that, pull on it as much as possibly (he has to suck it up, and you owe him) use a small hair clipper and gently and slowly cut away the goatee from the plaster. When you cant reach any more goatee hair, try to break off some plaster. Good luck. Also: haha that is hilarious!
