Does anyone have a link to the thread where it was a picture of the doom guys fists and a gymnasium full of kids running at him and the whole thread was about "so how many kids could you beat up?" I think that may have been one of the most hilarious visuals I've ever had from these forums. This thread is fantastic, thanks guys for all the laughs.

I'm pretty sure this thread was from 2006, but there was a Toxx Clause Chain thread once at which I laughed harder than anything else I've ever seen on these forums. Someone would post a condition; such as, "If this post gets five replies within the next three minutes, I'll shave my head and post pictures for proof". If that person's condition was met, and he didn't shave his head, he'd be banned. But if he did indeed post the pictures of his shaven head, anyone who quoted his post would have to post a condition of their own. It was a glorious thread for most of the evening. At some point, some girl said she'd post pictures of her boobs, and the thread derailed into obsession with getting said pictures; but prior to that there were tons of hilarious pictures as goon after goon subjected themselves to self-inflicted stupidity for our enjoyment. My favorite is a guy who said that he would cover his face in permanent black marker; and then he actually did it. The expression of absolute misery on his face was absolutely wonderful. edit: Found the thread! edit2:

Does anyone have more info on exactly why fishmech became Gas-Chamber Only and then later lewisje's posts became windows leading to the gas chamber? I recall laughing my rear end off when I discovered fishmech had posted a metric fuckton before realizing his posts were only in the gas chamber. I remember hating fishmech for some reason but I don't know if there is a particular thread or something that got him relegated to Gas Chamber Only, and the SAClopedia is ridiculously sparse.

I wish I could find it, but the summary was that there was a ghost of a girl who had lived far too long, and had outgrown her dress...or something like that. I think the ghost dwelled in some secret room in an attic.

This isn't a goon-made thing, but I believe I was first linked to it from here. There are some old black and white videos of a journalist taking a hallucinogen (mescaline?) and being interviewed about the experience by a psychiatrist or something. At one point he's talking about how he has an experience of "perpendicular time" that passes independently of normal time, and there are other weird hallucination descriptions. The end result is that this mature and well-spoken person essentially gives a trip report. I seem to remember something like the videos were shot for broadcast, but never actually broadcast, and so they are unedited and somewhat rough. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? I hope I'm not the only one who has seen this.

A couple of months ago some guy posted a thread asking for logo designs he could use on his website "Flash in a Pan" -- now I don't know if it's because he didn't offer any form of compensation or that he posted it in GBS instead of CC, but he got a lot of sarcastic submissions including a literal FLASH (the superhero) inside of a frying PAN. As far as I know, they're all here. His paintings and stuff are here (be warned, they're all pretty bizarre and NWS). There was a big thread about him not long ago and that's when people started using his comics in their avatars and stuff. I'd like to find and reread the very first thread I read on the forums. It involved a story about a poster's girlfriend and how she had joined some type of vampire cult. He went to meet her and ended up getting in an awkward situation or maybe even chased off by her and some other people. The thread is very old but hopefully someone knows what I'm referring to.

Before I joined, I was an occasional lurker, and I remember reading three threads from last year that were really weird even by GBS standards: A Goon returned to his dorm room and surprised his roommate in his (the goon's) bed, fapping with his sock. Fight ensues, roommate storms out and disappears, goon is in horror over how long his roommate might have been doing this, and how many of his socks might have been so defiled. Anyone know how this one ended up? Did the roommate ever return? Goon posted audio of a mysterious voice mail message he received, apparently someone dialing the wrong number. But the message was incredibly freakish; it sounded like a toothless old woman snarling, "I'm back from the taxi . . ." followed by Lovecraftian gibbering. Other goons started posted various remixes of the voice, making it even more horrible. I'd love to hear those one more time, if anyone remembers this. And finally, there was another voice mail message left for another goon, but this was left by his male stalker. The voice was a man apparently masturbating to orgasm over the phone. The goon was determined to find the identity of this sick bastard and ruin him. What followed was an incredible revenge plot involving goon internet detectives, online ID searches, stakeouts, etc. Anyone recall this one, and if the goon ever tracked the guy down? Actually, it was so over-the-top it might have been an ARG.
