Not even expect. Will. There are PMs being sent back and forth even as we speak about "maybe we could ditch the group" and "I'll make sure to leave my hotel room door open for you." Most will lead to nothing, and most people will have a good time, but a few people are going to make complete loving fools of themselves, and that's really the heart of Gooncon.
