oh wow I thought there wasn't going to be gooncon this year. I'm down for this, since I found out yesterday I won't be going to japan this summer. The subforum should come back and there should be a sticky thread in gbs or something so people actually know about this (I had no idea until today)

I think there was no selling of alcohol before/after a certain point on sundays, but they got rid of it because tailgaters at Bill's games had to buy all their alcohol the day before

I posted in the thread in goonmeets too, but I'll post here as well: I got my plane ticket, I just need a room. Who wants to room with me? Also, does Vegas have a zoo or something similar? I assume with all the attractions there must be something like that in one of the casinos or something.

It was closer to 20 but yeah, this year no one wanted to plan anything serious so it ended up being low key and low attendance. We still had a great time. It helped that we didn't have to herd anyone. And there were no neckbeards asking us what to do next. Even if Gooncon 2008 consisted of just myself and Nightmarez, we still would have had a great time.
