The real power behind countless overlords

 I have unexpectedly found myself at loose ends in Bogota Colombia for the whole week. What are some interesting things to see or do?

I like museums and other art/culture stuff. I love trying local cuisine. I also enjoy hiking. I love dancing. This was very unexpected so I have nothing planned so really any suggestions would be great.
