If not then you will be a criminal until the barrel is attached. So if the ATF doesn't bust in during the few minutes the barrel is being installed then you should be ok. But they probably will so be sure to install the new barrel first if you ever decide to get this kit. One would think something like this comes with the kit but I seriously doubt it.

The table in our confrence room cost like 35k I believe. It has a black leather covering over the whole thing. And the chairs are some of the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in. I told my boss I was going to take one back to my desk and she told me I would be better off taking a poo poo on the ceo's desk He apparently paid out of his pocket 50k for all the furniture in there.

Walking down the street with a collection of carpentry tools, whilst on your way to a job is not carrying offensive weapons. If that is the case then why admit you are using it as a weapon. I carry a screwdriver on me all the time since it is needed for my job. I could see the police deciding what his intention was and charging him. That happen to my roommate: many years ago he carried a telephone staple(big U shaped spike) that he found in his pocket. It fit perfectly between your two middle fingers. Well he was arrested for a traffic warrent and when they searched him found the staple. They asked why he had it and he said it was his lucky horse shoe. They didnt beleive him and turned to a bunch of law books to see what to charge it as. They said it was possesion of brass nuckles.

I put a hogues grip on my USPc (one of the slip over kind) it felt alright but as soon as I fired one shot I hated it and took it off (ended up giving it someone here for free). The hogues on my FM High Power fits like a glove and is my most comfortable gun to shoot. Now that being said I want to get an FN or Browning high power and put some nice wood grips on that. My FM High Power is Parkarized so wood grips would not look good at all.

I am going to guess that nothing is actually mounted and was just laid out for a photo. Because seriously the g36 optic/rail is like $500 and I can not imagine someone putting it on a $70 rifle. That being said that does look awesome and if the optic/rail was $100 I would so do that to my m44.
