Demagogue posted:angerbot, did you use cake flour? I would imagine AP flour would make it even more rubbery than it is already predisposed to being. Yeah, I used cake flour that I sifted with the cocoa prior to adding. Maybe it was the shape of the mug, or my microwave, but honestly I don't think it would've been any better even if it had risen more. It did smell good, I guess.
