I think my favorite all time spike/angel moment had to in Season 5.

Spike "She's evil, you gormless tit!"

ANGEL "Did you call me a tit?"

There is more to it that makes it a lot better, but I don't want to spoil it for the people who haven't seen season 5 yet.
