Glass is crystal clear on mine, rubber covers for all 4 sightholes. Comes with a carrying bag with strap, strap for the binocs, cleaning cloth, and batteries. finish is a flatish billiard green color. LCD is tiny (think dime sized) with two buttons. Quite lightweight and fits well in my large hands. No pics as my Blackberry hosed itself over when I was updating it last night.

$215 for 1,000 rounds of 55gr .223 is the cheapest I've seen in quite a while. To my knowledge, Tula Cartridge Works is who makes Wolf ammo. I've shot TCW x39 and it was pretty decent for steel cased plinking ammo
I can't speak for Tula/Wolf since i've never fired it but I bought Brown Bear from aimsurplus in 7.62x39 and .223 and it shoots great.
My SGL-21 and BCM middy didn't complain one bit shooting Brown Bear. I prefer brass for the AR but money's tight these days for my shooting budget.

S&W M&P22 is as good of a training aid as any conversion kit and you wont foul your barrel with lead. Plus you'll have a complete rifle instead of a silly drop in device so you can use your big gun while someone else uses the trainer.

My Ciener kit is also able to get 2-3" groups at about 25m. I don't shoot it any further than that, since its primary mission is to make close quarters shooting practice cheaper for me. Which is good since that tends to be fairly high round count.

A friend of mine spent a grand on a sweet compass lake 22 upper. He can easily fit his groups under a dime at 50 ft.

Depends on the twist of the barrel honestly.
Using the conversion kits in a 1in7 is asking for trouble.
Using it in a 1in12 or 1in9 isn't so bad.
I ended up going the Spike's dedicated upper route (1in16) and that one is almost as accurate as my 10/22 except way more fun.

did you miss the part where it groups 2-3" at 25m?
it's about as accurate as you can expect a .22 pistol to be. its just fine for popping cans and plinking.

I use the Aguila SSS 60 grain 22 LR in my 1in7 twist Noveske barrel win a drop in Ceiner kit with very good results. I've heard of people having problems with that round keyholing out of other barrels. I'm wondering it wasn't a solution to the twist rate problem on 22 conversion kits and is just being misapplied when used in regular 22 rifles.

For anybody else considering it, I am pretty sure that these are the Gen4 models. They use the AUG-style mags. MSAR will do the conversion to the new E4 style for $400 and change, but I probably wouldn't bother.
