"I said it was dodgeball time, bitch."

Are the AD episodes on Netflix instant out of order or something? The episode where Michael bids on Sally Sitwell by selling her dad the Red Corvette is listed before the episode where he buys it. A few other episodes felt kinda out of order too, but thats the only specific example i can think of.

Yes, I love that man of mine.

They're probably listing it in aired order, not production order. FOX moved down "Missing Kitty" for some reason. A friend of mind who's been binging through them noticed the same thing.

I can't believe I never realized it, but in the Spring Break episode, GOB says "yeah well it's a new trick" in the beginning when George Michael's card is not the queen of diamonds, then in the cutaway on the video of GOB saying he'll blow up the yacht he's doing the same trick, but it was a year ago.

Has anyone on AD ever talked about how GOB's chicken dance came about? I wonder if anyone told him what to do or if he just made that up on the spot. At least everyone else has a chicken dance that resembles chickens in some way, GOB's has absolutely nothing to do with chickens.

I don't think it's ever completely explained. Michael was never surprsied or confused by the dance, so I think it has to have been something from their childhood or something. Lucille and George having their own dances makes it seem like it was a family thing, and they probably did them to the kids while they were growing up, with the kids just developing their own ridiculous dances over time.

GOB's does sort of have something to do with a chicken, the noise is kinda of chicken-ish. If anything, George's dance resembles a chicken the least.

Someone post the .gif. I think the dances got less convincing as they were introduced.

I don't think there was a scene with everyone. The only one I can think of is this one:

And GOB manages to miss the whole thing because he's looking for his chicken mask.

Oh, and I think this was the first time Lindsay's came up:

My favorite was the first episode the dance even came up (I think) where GOB does it to Buster, and Buster just freaks out.
"Stop it, GOB, chickens don't clap. Stop it! Chickens don't clap! CHICKENS DON'T CLAP!"
and then they play chicken with backhoes.

Indeed. Every dance is GOB's dance.
My favorite part of that one is that it starts off just being George, then Lucille and Lindsay come in from off screen for the sole purpose of dancing at Michael.

I always wonder if each actor made up their particular variation of the dance, starting just with the direction "like a chicken".

Yeah this is more what I was asking before. Like did someone go up to Will Arnett and say "Okay stomp your feet and clap and make this noise" or did they just say "kinda dance like a chicken" and he made up that brilliant display?

GOB's dance is a chicken scratching the ground with its feet. It is chicken-y.
