It's a 3 year old Moldovan girl called Cleopatra Stratan singing about counting or something (the song is called Numar Pan'La Unu), and it's been stuck in my head all week. On a less embarrassing note, there's also Turn It On by Sleater-Kinney. I found my brother's old copy of Dig Me Out recently and it's probably the best thing they ever did.
