He's a enjoyable human being and he got lucky that the refs in this game were idiots. Sorry Chargers fans.

That was beautiful. Hochuli's call I mean. Shanahan going for two was pretty good too though.

It is important to remember that all the Chargers had to do to win after the immaculate whistle was not give up 10 yards in two plays and then give up 3 more after that. This still sucks for the Chargers though.

Mike was generous in going for two. If the Chargers stopped them then they would have rightfully won as they should have.

Couple that with the horrible Champ call earlier in the game, it was a pretty big gently caress up. Hochuli screwed the Giants two years ago against the Colts so I know how it feels to lose a very well played game due to a really, really bad call. With that being said, I think Shanahan was right to call a 2 pt conversion. He probably figured he shouldn't have even been in the situation to call a 2 pt conversion and it gave the chargers a much better chance to win than a coin flip in OT.

Well aside from the fact that it should have been Chargers up by 14 (but wasnt because Hochuli hosed up, twice, in case you forgot), the Broncos did play really well. Cutler was spot-on with the short passes that just chopped the Chargers up down by down.

So I guess it's an epic battle between the Raiders and the Chargers to have the best view of Shanahan's rear end as he runs away with the division. Good luck.
