 I am just going to throw this out there since I can't edit the wiki and hopefully someone can (I couldn't find any info on the wiki about the password).

Painkiller Black Edition

It is impossible to get all the cards when starting your first game in trauma mode because the demons do not drop souls. Some levels require you to collect X amount of souls in order to unlock cards. Do not start your first game in trauma mode.
