I suspect the STI steering setup is pretty burly, but that's one of the things I haven't been able to find out either. It seems like it could cause some teeth-grindingly bad damage if it's set up wrong. There's a NASIOC thread but it's devoid of actual information other than the price ($20k for four). Here is a NASIOC thread about the Block "Trax" setup with some pictures and a walkaround video from SEMA. It links to this 0-60 article which doesn't say much about the car setup other than that it has a hydraulic handbrake. The Mattracks model is apparently "105M1-A1."
