Travelling back on the ferry past the Opera house last night, I thought how crazy it would be to make a horror movie inside it. So the idea is simple, take a nice picture of a famous landmark and turn it into a budget horror movie, complete with cliched one liners!

Since the thread is for budget horror movies, I suppose it would have to be a horror porno. Come to think of it, that's not a bad idea.

Does anyone else remember the scene in Mars attacks where a flying saucer is trying to tip over the Washington Monument onto a group of cub scouts?

Crappy idea accompanied by crappy artwork. Hopefully someone more skilled will take the idea.

It's the St. Louis Arch for the confused.

1. History Comes Alive" as the tagline has me literally laughing out loud.

2. I would watch this movie in theaters on opening day...assuming it didn't go straight to DVD.

You're right, it would be creepy as hell if the lights were all turned off. I can imagine a scene where the token white nervous guy gets crushed and cut to pieces by one of the giant suspended glass circles in the main concert hall falling on him.

...man, now I really want to see this movie.
