Bench: 190 215 235x5 but on the very last rep some loving mexican in a backwards cap and lifting gloves and those ugly Nikes just loving grabbed it from me. It wasn't even a stop and go rep, IT WAS GOING UP JUST FINE Close Grip Bench 3x5 135 Weighted Dips 5x5 +45 Standing Bent Row 5x5 185 I get bored easily and like feeling heavy things. HIIT then ghost like Swayze.
