Today totally ruled! Bench : 225 2 2 1 New Max! DL: 315 and I felt good about them. Dips: 10x2 Incline: Not happening today. Front Raises: 70 UR: 100 Side Raises: 30 lb dbs Feeling awesome! Also, if you don't post encouragements then your next workout someone's gonna be curling in the squat rack the whole time you're there. And he's gonna be so big and tattooed you'll be too scared to ask him to move.

Bench: 225 3 2 1 DL: 315, and some work on form. Video upcoming. Incline Bench: 175 5 5 4, drat that last rep Weighted dips: +30lb Upright Rows: 100 Side Raises and Front Raises: didn't have them in me. I've been doing some jump rope HIIT on off days, and it feels awesome. It's probably in my head, but I'm starting to look a pinch more defined. If you went to the dictionary and looked up the word define, you'd be caught in an infinite loop and probably be killed. Please post some well wishes or the next time you DL you'll rip off a callus and then drop the bar and it will crash through the floor and the old ladies and twinks will look at you funny.

There's no need to start your butt that low. Olympic lifters will start their cleans like that, but that's to help them get set up better for the second pull. You should probably start with your butt maybe 3" higher? Good job keeping your chest up and your arch tight though. Carry that through to your heavier weights.

Okay day today. Squats: 295 2 2 2 1. I think I'm at a plateau. I sleep 3 hours a night and get 50g of protein a day. Should I start taking creatine to break through it? Chins: palm out grip 3 2 1 then 2 neutral grip PR: 185 3x3 Push: 165 3 2 2 Shrugs: 215. Is it okay to alternate grip on shrugs? Curls: 80. Post praises and encouragements in here, and the next day you will be kissed by your true love. If you don't, then tomorrow you will perish in a terrible skydiving accident.

Today was good, for what there was. Some doofus was using the cage do to his 1 plate then 2 plate knee bends then benching for five minutes for an hour straight, so I didn't get DLs done. Bench: 225 4 3 2 1 Incline: 185 3x3 Side Raises: 35 lb dbs Front Raises: 70 On the last rep of the incline, I felt a pain in my middle knuckle that wouldn't let me put pressure on the hand for dips. Anyone get this? I'll be there tomorrow too to finish off DL and dips.

Starting Monday I'll be trying out the Texas method, intermediate Starting Strength. It's a bit different than the current program, but nothing too hard to get the hang of. Here's the program: Monday [High Volume/Moderate Intensity] Squat 5X5 Bench Press 5X5 Bentover BB Row 3x8 Wednesday [Low Volume/Low Intensity] Front Squat 3X3 Press 3X3 Back Extension/GHR 5x10 Chin ups/LPD 3x12 Friday [Low Volume/High Intensity] Squat 1X5 Bench Press 5X1 Deadlift 1X5 Seems like fewer exercises but focusing on them much harder.
