So if this guy goes to court for statutory rape will he be let off for being a minor or is it up to the judges discretion? I know there's some pretty hosed up cases in the US concerning statutory rape, like that kid who went to jail for having sex with his same age girlfriend, so I'm curious as to what the UK laws are here.
