I've been looking for music similar to the sound of Little Boots, Miike Snow, and Lily Allen. I really love the high energy they have in most of their songs. Bonus if its a female artist.

here are some references, my fav for each artist:

miike snow http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mVWeqAPQUXc

gunna get ladyahwke and eliza doolittle. I already have the rest.

I'm still looking for more, maybe more in the techno/trance genre w/ the high energy.

I'm looking for some upbeat jazz music that you might associate with spy movies or chasing on foot or car.

for reference: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAvz...feature=related
I really like the drums in the first part (dont know what type of drums they are ) so that's a plus if the song has it.

If that fails, anything similar to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAvz...feature=related would be nice.

Seeing as you didn't get any recommendations yet, I'll contribute a fairly mediocre one in that you might try listening to the Secret Agent channel on http://www.somafm.com -- you should find some similar music there and can refer to the playlist to find the artist.

Didn't like the selection they put out, perhaps my vision of a secret agent is different from their DJ.

I do like the Lush channel, so that work wasn't for naught!

and I meant to link this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n6jCJZEFIto on the link that was a double. oops.
