My experience: 4 years working at an instructional technology department at a university doing EVERYTHING: server management, video, audio, and photo editing, general Windows and Macintosh troubleshooting (lab management), course management systems, AV/Support, and hardware installations. What I'm looking for: A job with a relaxed atmosphere that provides a variety of daily tasks. What I'm NOT looking for: Programming. I can do everything except programming.
