My experience: 5.5 years with a small hosted VoIP provider, worked up from helpdesk to currently being the head of IT. Currently supporting ~5000 extensions among ~150 customers using Edgemarc, Cisco, Linksys, and Polycom hardware on a Broadsoft softswitch. Designed and implemented a number of in-house tools for phone configuration management, call detail reporting, and billing using MySQL, PHP, and Python on Linux. What I'm looking for: Most anything in VoIP or general networking, preferably dealing with Broadsoft or Asterisk. What I'm NOT looking for: Entry level help desk Where I live: Medina, OH (looking to relocate, but willing to stay for the right job) Where I'm looking: Entire US, though I would require moving expenses if the distance is large.
